Record costs of inventory items and labour against job cards, allowing for accurate expense reporting on both Project and Plant.

Flexible On Charge

Ability to On Charge costs at a per item (Inventory or Labour) basis.

Charge on Quote

Ability to Charge Workshop on Quoted Charges. This enables you to Invoice the Client prior to the work being completed.

Workshop Check In / Check Out

Simplified checking in and out of vehicles changing the status of the vehicle to In Workshop or Off Hire at the touch of a button.

Planned Maintenance

Ability to define both time based or usage based planned maintenance for things such as Cleaning, Annual Inspection, Tyre Replacement.
